Bangladesh Squad for Cricket T20 World Cup 2012
T20 World Cup 2012 Bangladesh Team is placed here. Bangladesh has the determination to make a mark. Bangladesh is in the middle of a cricket awakening, having established a new found vigor in the way they play their game. Composed mostly of players in their early twenties, there is no dearth of excitement and energy. It cannot be argued that these players would have gained a trick or two on playing alongside cricketing heroes during recent Bangladesh Premier League.
One player who has grown out of his pedigree is Shakib Al Hasan. His confident spin has influenced his batting exploits. Even the opening southpaw Tamim Iqbal is ultra-consistent and doesn’t waver from taking the aerial route. T20 World Cup 2012 will breed success only for teams that know how to pace their innings. Imrul Kayes and Nazmul Hassan come in handy in that respect.
Spin-wise, Bangladesh is a force with Abdur Razzaq perfectly capable to take a wicket or two every match. Shakib is point-accurate and a few other spinners may emerge between now and September. Mortaza takes care of their pace department where there is admittedly less steam. Having been pegged along with New Zealand and Pakistan, they would have started creating strategies on how to stem opposition plans. It is always a joy to behold a bud grow into a flower.
