T20 World Cup 2012 Broadcast Rights in India & World Wide

T20 Cricket World Cup 2012 BroadcastersThe World T20 2012 will be held in Sri Lanka and will see 12 teams participate in the tournament. The World T20 2012 live broadcast rights have been won by Star Cricket, a channel belonging to ESPN-Star Sports, and will be shared by any countries around the world. ESPN-Star Sports, also called ESS, will show the t20 world cup 2012 broadcast in India and in other parts of Asia.

ESS will also share these broadcasting rights with different countries outside Asia. For example, Scotland will show the World T20 2012 live on Quipu TV, which includes the 14 Group Stage matches. Setanta Sports will show the Qualifying Finals, Preliminary Final, Tournament Final and six matches in all live in Ireland, while RTÉ will show the World T20 2012 Highlights of elimination and qualifying finals.

In Afghanistan, the Lemar TV will broadcast the even live for the viewers in Pashto.

The ICC World T20 2012 will also be shown live in the UK in pay channel. You can watch the T20 World Cup tournament live on BskyB in the UK. Speaking of the Middle East & North Africa, Arab Digital Distribution has won the broadcasting rights through CricOne, whereas SuperSport will show the World T20 2012 live in the Sub Saharan Africa and South Africa.

Pakistan and New Zealand viewers can watch the World t20 2012 live on Pakistan Television PTV and Sky Network respectively.
